Awful after sale service

Pathetic! They sold me a faulty printer REFUSES a refund REFUSES for contacts for the director Pathetic service, we will be getting a lawyer as this is unacceptable, told me they can't do a refund because ink was already put into the printer but the first ink that was put in was the ink they put in for the 'test' print which was not conducted infront of me, they cost me alot of money over black friday as i couldn't do any of my work

Very disappointed as i really liked the products they have to offer but if this is the service i would rather steer clear
