Wort experience ever

I had my Porsche in for warranty paint repair. The vehicle had a detail 6 months before and there was NO scratches on the paint. When I got my Porsche back it looked like it went to a backyard street panel beater. I sent an email to Mark (the owner) and phoned numerous time and he was “never available” to complain and see if they would repair what they messed up. Up to date I’ve had no direct reply from Mark. One of the employees told me that Mark says “it is what it is”
