West Rand Panelbeaters

I fetched my vehicle from West rand Panel Beaters on the 27/11/2017 i picked up quite a few faults with the workmanship and advised Terrence Trevor about it. I was told that he could only help me when they re - open in 2018 . I was told that i must bring the car in. I could not do that due to work commitments and had to undergo surgery at the end of that month .I did not receive a single call from Terrence to follow up on my vehicle. I made contact on the 3rd week of Feb with West Rand Panel Beaters to speak to Mark Nagel the director , to which i was told he is busy in the workshop , so i left my details for him to call me . A week later still no call and was told that Somebody would call again after me calling back , guess what -NO CALL. On Monday 26 Feb I called again and spoke to Terrence , I advised him my situation and that he needed to fetch the car from my house because im at home , he advised he would speak to his driver and get back to me , GUESS WHAT ????? No damn return call and today is already the 01/03. When you needed your excess , i was ushered into an office so that i could do an EFT instantly instead of going to the ATM , but to fix up the mess that you made ( did not put all the bonnet hinge *****s on , which lead to them bending the bonnet , scratch on the bonnet , dirty hood lining , airbag badge on hood lining coming off). Please guys can you give me the service that was promised and that i payed for,
