West Rand Panel Beaters Bad Service
I took my car to West Rand Panel Beaters because I needed my car to be fixed as soon as possible. I paid R22000 to Jonathan Nagel with the hope that I would have my car fixed within a week car a damaged bonnet and bumper to my surprise an additional R2150 was requested by Jonathan Nagel which I paid .I am now being held at ransom because I desperately need the car fixed, he has requested an additional R1700, and refusing to refund me my money so that I can take it to another panel beater where I will get assisted. I would never recommend this panel beaters to anyone.

18 Apr 2024, 21:31My complaint has been resolved by Mr Nagel he fixed my car, and I did not have to pay any additional money. Thank you for putting your customers first. I am happy to have my car looking brand new.
