Very unprofessional, never respond and very rude

My car was sent to them on the 24th of May 2022 and was accessed and all paperwork sent to my insurer, everything was approved and they keep saying that parts are on back order and they don't know when they will get them. On the 14th of July 2022 they called me to say that my car is ready and with attitude told me that I needed t pay the access immediately!! I told them that I would pay once I see the car and all is well. On the 15th of July they called me to say that they had made a mistake and that they called the wrong person my car is not ready. I told them that the car that I was using was sent back and now I do not have transport as I was collecting my car. The manager told me that they is nothing they can do. They are so unprofessional as my details are clearly on the wrong paperwork and car so I have no idea what the status of my car is and they do not answer emails or return any calls and the person dealing with my car is always unavailable.
