Terrible experience

Is it too hard for you guys to return your clients' calls? My car has been there for 4 month, no update from the panel beater and each time i call, the receptionist would ask for my number and claim she will give it to Charlotte but i never receive and call back at all. I regret taking my car to this place, a shame.. :( :(
