Terrible Attitude, Shocking Service and Incompetence

Summary of my experienced with them.

• Vehicle first taken in for repairs after accident caused damage to front and back of vehicle. • Vehicle is given back after a month with the following faults o Dashboard rattle o Dent on back of vehicle o Steering misaligned (Vehicle cannot stay keep straight) • Complaint is laid and vehicle taken back. A week later vehicle is given back with the following faults o Dashboard rattle o Steering misaligned. • 1 out of 3 and vehicle has been to them twice. For months brokers fight with them for courtesy vehicle as insurer has already paid for 44 days of car rental due to terrible service received. • Insurer agrees to more car rental after it is realised WEST RAND PANEL BEATERS DOES NOT CARE. • Car is taken back for a third time and returned with the following faults. o Steering misaligned. • I am then told to go to Tiger Wheel and Tyre as it is an alignment issue as their mechanic can find no fault. • I SPEND 3 HOURS WITH THE POOR TWT TECHNICIAN AS NO MATTER WHAT HE DOES TO ALIGMENT THE CAR CANNOT STAY STRAIGHT.
