Repairs and 4 years later still having troubles

Our Audi S5 Which was less than 5 months old were send to West Rand Panel beaters for repairs after a accident. The car was damaged where no damages was(we got pictures as evidence) and the repair work was inadequately done. It looked like a back yard job! We over and over didnt accept this and everytime it was not fixed or we had promises that never materialized. Also have proof on emails. After 4 years we still have trouble and also never received the seats that was supposed to come from germany and that according to Auto & General was paid for amongst other things missing. Now again the car was with Audi and again they are questioning the workmanship of the so called approved panel beater as the maintenance plan cant keep covering damages due to incompetence on the repair work. We had a brand new car, we insured it lawfully and should be put in the same position as before but we just kept loosing while West Rand Panel beaters keep passing the buck and put us through hell. We are not even sure if our supposedly brand new car is now a Code 3 due to West Rand Panel Beaters incompetence and poor workmanship. It starts all over again as the car is back at WRP and no feedback for 2wks
