Inconvenienced

This company was appointed by the vehicle insurance to fix my car of which they did well, I haven't experience challenges so far. But the issue is that when i went to collect the car , they told me the insurance did not pay the towing fee of R 741 and they won't release the vehicle if i don't pay this amount. I was left with no choice but to pay the funds. Only to find out when i claim from the insurance that the money was paid to them I then contacted them requesting for a refund on the 05 July 2017 till date i haven't receive the funds.
