From great service to pathetic

Mr JH Janse van Rensburg was at your shop in the week of 26 April and he was very pleased with your service. Handré spoke to mark who referred him to Clint to repair the dent in his vehicle.

On the 26th of April at 09:35 I sent an email, stating that I have phoned and messaged Clint to arrange the dent repair, but till today, the repair has not been done. On the 27th of April I got an email back saying that Clint tried to contact Handré. I rep**** on the 2nd of May at 06:53 asking that he phones Handré back at 11:00. No call was made. On the 16th of May I sent a follow up email asking if you will assist Handré, or if he must take his business elsewhere. No response. On the 08th of June a follow up was sent – no response. On the 6th of July a follow up was sent – no response. On the 7th of July I received the attached email from Lize-Marie with information that is for another client, that was sent to me. I rep**** and said that it was not meant for me and asked for a follow up on the dent repair from Handré did not receive any feedback on it.

I have called Clint a few times, and every time he does not answer, nor does he call back.

I think your service is horrible. You had a customer that could not stop speaking about your great service, to a customer that is very dissatisfied with your service.
