Damage made to vehicle

On Wednesday 4th March, I received a call from West Rand Panel Beaters to collect my car and informed the lady I would collect on Thursday. She confirmed it would be fine. I arrive on Thursday around 16:00 to collect my car and was than to see my vehicle to ensure all was in order. The first thing I noticed were scratch marks on the front grid and then the Ford logo was also scratched. I asked the gentleman who was with in what these were and he said they were there when the vehicle came in. I informed the gentleman that my car did not come in with any scratches on the front of the vehicle. He then asked me for the check list on my vehicle which I informed him I did not receive. We then went back to the office and he went to speak to the manager. He then returned and said the photos taken of my vehicle show no scratch and I should pick up the vehicle on Friday which I said I would not pick up on Friday as I couldn't. I'm so angry as I gave them one of my most expensive assets and they have been careless with it. I have their loan vehicle but I would NEVER take it back damaged as it is NOT MY PROPERTY!I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND WEST RAND PANEL BEATERS to people instead repeat this story
