Bad service

I was involved in an accident on the 7th November 2014 and my car was taken to WRPB. i only got my back yesterday, 23 March 2015 4 months 2 weeks. i really dont mind the time because i think they had difficulties with getting the car parts. but there was no communication at all, ill call the office and they will say we will call you back and they never called back. I understand why they have loan cars its because they take their time to fix the car. they called on Friday the 20 March for me to come collect my car, i mean really i work. they close at 5 and i work in Sandton..... traffic and also other factors should be taken into consideration. you cant keep my car for 4 months and fail to let me know in advance that i have to come collect it. on that day i got 10 calls from them asking me when am i coming to collect the car as they need the loan car for another customer. when they say jump you must say how high. i will never reccommend West Rand Panel beaters to anyone. i tried being understanding with them keeping my car for that long but 4 months..... tolerance level was over. and communication is key in matters like this.
