West Rand Pack Fochville

I am very annoyed at the service you get at West Rand Pack in Fochville. We were there in a Saturday and when we paid the machine did not print a slip, but I got conformation that the transaction went through. But then they asked me to swipe again and said the previous amount will be reversed. I have now been on the phone with them for a week and still they did not reverse the first transaction. They are not helpful when you call.
