Totally Unreliable

I am known as aperson that has a lot of patience.

The service I have received from this company has been shocking. I have been trying to querry an anual finanical statement for over two weeks. I have emailed and phone almost everyworking day, only to be told that the person I am trying to reach is on another call or is out of the office and will call me back later.

Which I understand as that is how business is, but if you say to someone you will get back to them then the right thing to do is get back to them. I am still waiting for them to call back and I need to have questions answered so i can accept the AFS. I realy dont recomend this company to anyone.

I have paid for the service in full so I expect to get the service.

Shocking service.
