Bad attitute from Westrand Box employees

Your staff is rude and entitled.

I arrived by our client and one of your trucks was blocking not just their entrance but those of anothe 2 properties. There was no driver in the truck, I found the driver and asked him to move his vehicle so that I could enter into ourr clients premmises. He told me to wait as he is waiting for another vehicle to move first. I told him that he does not have the right to block a driveway and need to remove his vehicle, this had zero effect on him. I phoned the company (WRB) and asked to speak to the person in charge of the trucks and drivers, I explained the situation. He came outside while I was entering the clients premmises, I went to speak to him and received much the same attitute as the driver and was informed that it is a one time thing. The workers at the clients premmises informed me that this is a daily thing. I suggest you send your staff on a AA course ( attitute adjustment)
