service stinks

I had an appointment with Michael to view property at twin sails I get there early an wait 20min after our app. Time try calling to find out where he is his phone on voicemail and inbox full so I cannot leave messages. Phone his offices speak to ursula who tells me she will get hold of him on his cell and promises to phone me back on 5min which never happened. I phoned her to complain and she had this non chalant attitude and told me to get an other agency if I'm not happy with her **** service and hung up on me!!!!! This is seriously unacceptable and cannot believe how the agents operate in the west coast area... poor poor service it's shocking!!!
