Poor Service and Repairs

My car has been with West Power Steering in May this year for repairs. They phoned me back and said they check the Power steering pump and Rack and that the problem is with the pump. I also sent 2 pumps with. They then made a pump out of one of mine and their spares. Told me to come and collect my car, waited there until after the 5 just to hear that it will only by fix the next day. Had no transport home and had to wait by the garage until 8 for someone to pick me up. Now 6 month late my clutch went and the guy that's fixing the clutch picked up that the pump is leaking and the rack was never installed properly. The bracket that holds the rack was not even long enough to reach the bolt. I've been driving like this for 6 months without knowing.
