Your customer service is bad get some advise from VW they know all about customer service
Wespack in Carraglen, refused to deliver 50 balloons for me yet they are so close to me, they want me to order 100 baloons before they deliver, whatever happened to getting a foot in the door with customers by doing the little extra that other companies wont do

Unfortunately we do not offer delivery as a service but do understand that our customers may need balloons delivered to their home or desired location and our store managers are known to help when and where they can.
