Worst service at the Heidelberg branch 😒

West Pack Lifestyle at the Victorian Village in Heidelberg, you guys have the worst service and the staff is so RUDE 😡

1. We went there yesterday to go buy a few products and could only find one. The rest is permanently out of stock!

2. We had a few balloons to get inflated. They ripped open the package and tore the balloon "number 8" which we pre bought at another place. They blamed the "quality" of the balloon but gave us exactly the same balloon, just in a different colour and made us pay R69 for the new balloon after THEY tore it. The helium for 3 latex balloons a foil balloon was R150. After the cashier had an attitude about the "quality" my husband asked for the manager which was the one who gave us the new balloon and made us pay for it stating it is not their fault it tore. My husband stated that the cashier ripped open the package with force and the balloon got ripped. The other lady which was working was talking on her selfphone the whole time.

We are very upset with the Heidelberg branch at the Victorian Village and will NEVER return.
