WORST SERVICE ANYONE CAN THINK OF!!!
I was extremely disgusted with the service that I received from WestPack Ermelo in Mpumalanga. I visited this store, my local store, to return items that I wanted a refund on. The supervisor pointed out to me that my fourteen grace period has depleted. I have only been 6 days over the return time. That is understandable but I do not live in Ermelo to pop in at the store on a daily basis. I feel the staff could have been more diligent because I have to travel 60 kilometers just to visit my local store. I bought my products to support my learners in my classroom. WHAT A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT 😞 I EXPECTED A LOT MORE...I WILL NOT BUY AT WESTPACK AGAIN!!
