Worst experience!! NOT Customer friendly

Received thee most appalling service from Westpack Gezina Lifestyle Centre! Firstly the store is said to close at 6 however shortly after 5, we were told they want to go home and we should go to the till. Secondly, there were items which were on promotion however when we tilled them, they were tilled with their normal price and furthermore, when we noticed this after checkout whilst at the till, they advised that they are closed and cashed up so they won't assist! Furthermore they refused us the consumer Right to the being priced as per promotion and further denied us the right to return the products. Another unacceptable behaviour was that the child of one of the employees was busy fiddling in our trolley for G*d knows what and at no point where the employees reprimanding this child, instead we had to reprimand the child on our own which left a bitter taste in their mouth and their attitudes escalated. I will never shop in that store again and I'd strongly advise others not too bother going there, not if you want satisfactory customer service!
