What a mess

I have no words. On Friday the 28th of January 2022. I went to westpack in boksburg to get my niece's birthday balloons blown up for her birthday the next day. Woke up the Saturday morning. All of the balloons is laying in the floor. Best part is I paid R373 for it. Yeah, that's a lot for only 35 balloons. Went back so they can blow it up again. Only to receive the news that it only last for 5 hours. What a dumb excuse. They did blow it up for me but they blew it up so big and everything was popping while my husband is driving back to our house. There was like 18 left. I'm really disappointed and the service was a total failure too. What a weekend. So thank you.
