WESTPACK LIFESTYLE: SINOVILLE CENTRE: WORST STORE AND DOESN’T CARE FOR SOUTH AFRICA CONSUMERS ACT

What a disappointment and unprofessional experience, this store should be closed urgently. They are not following consumers Act. The 8 basic rights of the consumers* Consumer's rights to enforce terms about goods. Right to reject. Partial rejection of goods. Time limit for short-term right to reject. Right to repair or replacement. Right to price reduction or final right to reject.

A price reflecting on the bottom and top of the item was incorrect when scanned to be paid at the till.

The lady behind the till (white),as myself, attitude drastically changed and said its not her problem and will not give the price on the shelf, so I said she must call the manager, her answer the managers not here then I said the owner then I don’t care just call someone with authority.

She came back with the worst ever attitude, called me as is I’m a child, come come here, look here then again I asked her where is the price you rang at the till, ohhh she doesn’t know,

Lastly back at the till, I can take it or leave it she’s not going to care and doesn’t care about consumer’s Act*

Her name is Louise and the bad attitude couldn’t explain the furious feeling she gave me.
