Westpack Lifestyle Online Order

Good day, I'm very disappointed with the service I'm getting with this company. I made an online order order as follows: [Order #71842] (27th Apr 2020)

5lt Dishwashing Liquid (Green) x1 5l Thick Bleach x1 Jordyn Pine Gel 5lt x1 5lt Bubble Bath x4 48 Rolls Kitten Soft 2ply Toilet Paper. As you can see all these items are essential items. My order was made on 27 April 2020, and at the time of writing this message (07 May 2020) my order has not been delivered.

There's a lady who phoned me from head office saying on their system it shows my order was delivered on 05 May 2020, obviously that information is incorrect because I received nothing.

This is very unprofessional from someone, either the head or the delivery person is lying here. I need management at head office to sort this out. On 05 May I had to drive to Westpack Lifestyle in Kolonade to buy these items again as me and my family were stuck at home without any toilet paper or dishwasher liquid. Management must sort this out and compensate me and my family for all this humiliation they are putting us through, being stuck at home due to the lockdown without toilet paper and disinfectants. Very ashamed of the head office on how they handling this matter.
