Westpack Head Office Kya Sands - Nicky Britz is a star

Been looking for a stainless steel steamer basket for & to fit my pressure cooker. Found 1 on the Westpack website & mailed & asked the store down the road about stock. After no response mailed the HO in Kya Sand & at 1st Nicky Britz, Communications said the item had been discontinued then shortly after she mailed again asking how many I wanted & again I responded & we communicated a few times after & Nicky out of her own had managed to find 1 at a branch & it will be sent to the store down the road. Many thanks to Nicky for her efforts & going the extra mile, it is so appreciated & looking forward to getting the steamer basket. Thanks again Nicky.
