Westpack disappointment

I bought cooler bags last month from westpack Bracken garden shopping centre in brackenhurst. Alberton. Not even a full month of my purchase, both bags tore. I went back to the store and they told me that they have a return policy of 14 days with the slip. I didn't have a slip so they refused to change for me. I think it's unfair that something that they can sell such poor quality for so much money. It's equally disappointing that the lady manager there didn't even pay attention to me. Because she could hear what i was complaining about and didn't even look my way. I'm rather disappointed....
