Westpack 14th Avenue has appalling service!

12 May 2022 At 12h48 I approached the balloon counter. There was no one directly infront of the balloons. To the right (the side of the number balloons) however 2 white males, 2 black males and later a black female joined. While I finished a call they chatted away. One black male casually said "there's a customer" while holding a file. And no one budged. I stood for a few more seconds before storming out having received no regard or attention from west pack 14th Avenue employees. And still they continued with their conversation! This is the first Westpack I've ever been to where I don't walk out with a smile. Centurion, Alberton, Woodmead, Randburg, Polofields crossing, Mbombela (to name a few) ALL great customer service. What went wrong with 14th Avenue?!?
