West pack providing false information to Customers

On the 26 November 2019 went to West Pack lifestyle at Karaglen ( Edenglen ) to purchase 17 party pack buckets whilst there i was advised by Ricado and one of the ladies working there that besides the fact that the part packs are R100 rands for 5 on the next day 27 November 2019 there will be a 13 % more discount added if i register on their website. I stood there as he was busy registering me I was very excited and he even offered to pack the party packs away for ME to only pick up the next day. On the 27 November luckily i called in prior and another lady who answered the phone then now tells me i was given wrong information by Recado She is now apparantly saying there is not discount i was given false information.

I drove all the way from kemptonpark to Edenglen i could have taken all my party packs if was not told to come back tmr now i am suddenly being given a run around they are all telling me they will call me back my daughter 's birthday is tomorrow is this fair ??
