West Pack Lifestyle Online Order System - **** to make money!

We have placed an order online, made full payment. Before the delivery was scheduled, we received a call informing us that one item could not be delivered due to no stock on hand and that a refund will be arranged. The requested ID and bank details were sent as requested. Since then, we had to follow up on a weekly basis but still no joy! Only response is that they will follow up - since 9 June 2023. Unfortunately, we will NEVER, EVER make use of the online service again.
