West pack Kuruman

I was in westpack Kuruman on sunday 30 August 2020. I drive 120 km to get there but man was i disappointed. 1. the shelf are so empty. Their whas almost no sweets, no nutmania, no toys, no baking supplys. No jerry cans with taps. 2. Their is no assistance when walking in the store. Management not even the supervisor is in the store. 3. Their is one till open. The lady is not even a west pack worker she has spar clothes on. Asked aboit it she told me she is a supervisor at spar. 4. I asked for 6 baloons. The ones you can put the rice in. Had to wait because the lady that is behind the info counter dont know what it is. So she cant even look on the system for it. They enden up scaning a chrome baloon sodat i can pay. 5. Asking where mangement was they said at spar. A spar guy came in and went straight to the office unlocked it en thats about it. 6. I told the lady i want to swipe 250 and the 400 i want to pay cash. First off all she had no idea how the system worked she made a lot off mistakes. She almost put in twice the card transaction. I told he that it is not correct. When i told her but she must try the other offline card because maybe the innevation masjien is offline she then swiped the card. She then did not know what to do futher she called for assistance but no one came. By the time i am even trying to help her and trying to move it along. Because their is only one till open and the line long.

I am really disappointed because for a person thet everytime we are in klerksdorp gos to a westpack and was so excited to have one here. It is not worth it to even go their anymore. I rather go to Kimberly and go to a nother store to buy.

And talking to the mangement dos not even help at all they tell you is they will see into it and give u a call. U will be waiting forever.
