West Pack Express Ridgrway CC Shop No 10 On the 11/03/2023 I went yo buy home contents at this store. At the till I used my bank card to pay, the till slip came out with a pending message. The money reported to be out in my banking App and sms. I showed the cashier Zandile C that the money is out but she called her supervisor who told me it will be reversed automatically if it didn't reverse I must come for a refund the following day. I then bought these items cash hoping the store supervisor was right. I went there on the 12th and I was told the finance department checks bank transactions weekdays and I should return on the 13th/3/2023. I went there and was told stores, they took my contact details 3 time and promised to call me for my refund but up to today they haven't called. All I'm asking for is that they payback my money, they obviously are sitting with a surplus if the balance their books in the required procedure but they don't care about their customers.
