West Pack Bracken Gardens - Floor staff a big yes, cashier a big no

I received both amazing and terrible service from your Store in Bracken Gardens how this is possible I will explain.

Overall the staff were amazing on entering I was greeted by everyone I passed and I received excellent service from two gentleman Kent and Samuel. Upon my arrival at the till point I was not greeted by the cashier Nikita and she had a fat convo with the other cashiers never mind me the paying customer. She went about chatting and clicking her tongue. I must say I was highly disgusted in her service. I really love this store its close to home but service like this from cashiers is unacceptable.
