Website/Online store very difficult to use, support is a shambles.

I tried to use the online store to find a clear bin (with lid) of a specific size. Many products have no size listed. There is no contact number listed for help. I googled the contact number, landed up at the Randburg store (which I didn't realise until the end of the call), and was then assisted by someone who didn't have a ruler or tape measure but was trying to estimate the size of a container....until they realised the dimensions were on the label. The call took 14 minutes in total, and the item was slightly smaller than I needed. I gave up, have been promised a call after 30 minutes, but honestly, this takes far too long just to buy one item.
