Waiting for quad parts

Good day, I bought a quad at West Pack Lifestyle Benoni on Great north road more than a year ago. We started experiencing problems with the quad in this year and asked West Pack Benoni if they can help us with some parts, this was in June or July 2019. Every time my dad calls or Whatsapps Richard he keeps on telling us that he will get the parts and he won't charge us for this. My daughter wants to ride the quad and she can't due to not getting the parts from West Pack Benoni. We don't mind paying for the parts I just want to fix my daughter's quad. No one calls us or updates me at all, they do have my details, and my dad's details. This is really bad service from their side as we have to always contact them, it is almost Nov 2019 and still no parts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid R3500 for something I cannot use due to West pack not supplying me with the stock I asked for and even sent photos of the parts we need.
