USELESS ONLINE STORE

I placed an online order on Wednesday 28 June and sent an email (not responded to) on Thursday asking very politely if the order could be delivered by latest Friday 30 June due to unforeseen influx of orders on my side . Delivery is shown between 1-3 business days.

I called on Friday to follow up and had to leave a message so the online order lady could check and call me back. This NEVER happened,

Called this morning just to be told that my order will only be delivered on Monday.

So my customers are unhappy with my service because their order deliveries are now being delayed.

LESSON LEARNT - NEVER buy from Westpack online again!! This is the 2nd time my orders are handled this way. 1st Order, the boxes were sold out because they run their online store from a store where customers walk in and buy out stock and your order is not important.
