unprofetional behaviour and misleading advertisment

I have been at your branch about 30min ago.

I wanted to purchase the special ,tree containers for R299,but your cashier could not get the price correct, eventually told me the promotion is only for Friday. On your webpage the special runs from 27 November to 29 November 2019.

Because she looked for excuse not assist us I told her to leave it there and paid for the rest of my goods.

When we left this cashier Thandeka made jokes behind my back, pointing at me and the price tag with another customer, this was witnessed by my wife and daughter.

What I cannot understand is that when this happen there was no Manager and I was told that she stepped out, that your cashier have not proper manners nor does she have any customer relations, and the fact that she made a joke about me behind my back is extremely courtly wrong.

The fact that you advertise products on a price and when purchase the price is more than what it is advertised is also wrong and I have now lodge a complaint with the consumer products agency to investigate the matter, this all because of unprofessional conduct by your employee Thandeka,(name on slip).

I will take matte further and expect that necessary action will be taken against this unprofessional conduct by this employee.
