Trolleys

On Friday 29th April 2022 a trolley Marshall of Westpack Wonderpark mall left his trolleys unattended then they speedily rolled down and hit my car's rear view passenger door.I spoke to the Marshall very little then he quickly made sure he runs away without me noticing.I,then informed the wonderpark mall security and we quickly made a statement of what had happend.The following day I went to westpack to speak to the manager about it ,the manager said I should speak to their senior on Tuesday 3rd Nay 2022.I went on Tuesday only to find some rude lady by the name of Linda who never even bothered to listen to my story ,she already had answers for me.She just said "how can I help you in a rude way she then said I can't assist you ,the Marshall is a contract worker I must finish everything with him(i said to myself what that has to do with me if he is a contractor)I came to report to the store about the incident.In that moment i sensed that she(Linda) is not gonna help me.How must I deal with him when she works for their company?Linda was with me for not even 5minutes then left without saying anything where us leadership and accountability.Westpack trolleys damaged my car and I dont care about the contract worker the fact is the trolleys damaged my car or is it because I am black that she wasn't listening to my problem?
