Totally disappointed in Westpack Lifestyle

Good Day. I would like to make it know that Westpack lifestyle at the Umhlanga Crescent is the worst stock to work at. Surprisingly they do not hand over payslips and Bruce Govender the Manager confirmed that payslips are give upon request. It is my understanding that is not the case. Working conditions are extremely intolerance and the work environment is so depressing due to constantly demotion. He is constantly advising employees that he will make them resign no need to fire them. It is so sad so depressing that deductions are made without any written consent. Your staff is your asset and if you do not create and healthy work environment them. You going to have a very unpleasant store. Westpack lifestyle needs to take a good look and approach on how to respect their staff. I am taking this up further with consultants thats have expertise in this feild and will appreciate if westpack contact me to discuss further. I do not wish to speak to Bruce Govender the Manager of the Crescent Branch. maybe take a look at the constant resignation.
