Terrible service with orders and stock management

We went to the Westpack at Bellairs mall which sells pet items. After enquiring if they stock Royal Canin Main**** food we were told it is out of stock so we asked if we were able to order some so we did. After numerous visits we were bow told they did get stock but one person bought it all. What is the point of ordering if nobody informs us the stock arrived and then its just sold without getting back to us. The attitude of staff was basically thats Novembers stock try again in January as we may not get December stock. We placed this order in the beggining of September. Absolutely terrible service
