Terrible service at Mokopane Westpack

Terrible customer service by a manager at Mokopane West Pack. While I was busy with a transaction a cashier assisted me with something extra I needed at the Kiosk, the manager came and voided my transaction and then instructed the cashier to assist people in the queue while I was waiting. Two people were assisted in front of me while my transaction was voided when I asked him what happened he just walked away with no apology or anything and said I should wait someone will assist.
