Terrible service and bad attitude
This shop opened recently in secunda and we visited for the first time. Needless to say the expereince was so bad that i will not return. We saw a play house for our kids and asked one of the workers who then confirmed the price. I then asked him to confirm the price of the one next to the first house so we could make our decision. he confirmed the price. then another employee came up and said the first guy made a mistake and told us the wrong price. but clearly under the house was an adverti*****t stating the price as well. Then another employee came and said now their adverti*****t and their employee is wrong and i must just accept it. There was then more arguing and it was so unproffesonal that i left all my shopping and walked out of the store. The management and staff of the secunda branch are very *********** and should really try to take responsibility for thier pathetic actions!!!!
Good day Shimona, it is unfortunate you feel this way. We have investigated this complaint. The store manager has provided us with images that helped us conclude this matter. There was a price on the built play house of R2399.90. On the box of the unbuilt house there was no price on the box but a price under the box with no arrow. This price was R999.90 which clearly had a description of ROCKING HORSE & SOUND WITH A BARCODE, STOCK CODE AND PRICE R999.90 Because there was no arrow pointing upwards where the house was, it is unfortunate that the item cannot be sold for R999.90. As it was not even a resemblance in the name of the play house. We try our best to excel in customer service and train our staff to the best our ability for store openings, sometimes human error can occur but the manager was called out immediately to sort the pricing. We hope that an experience with one person does not determine the value of the company as a whole. Although we cannot give you the item at the price, we can only hope that should you wish to join us in our store, it will be a much better experience than what you previously encountered.
