Terrible Service !!!!!!!

I was just at Westpack, Gateway plaza corner sarel baard and experienced terrible customer service. We where looking for a swimming pool, in store non of the swimming pools that we where looking at on the top shelf had prices on them, there where no customer assistance so we go on to their website and found the swimming pool we where looking for. I went to search for someone to assist, they came to help and I said please go and make sure of the price it took the gentleman 3 tries to get back to me with a price. This agreed to the website, once we got to the till and scanned the pool the price was more expensive, whereby they explained to us it is because of the printing. This was a bit confusing as the description on the website was exactly to the box we had, they indicated the one we are looking for they do not have the stock for, we went back to the shelf and found the stock they identify as they don't have it, with quite the story behind it, we could not purchase the pool on the shelf because it has been opened and a fitting was given to another customer, now please I do not have to explain even that incompetence of putting an item back on the self that is incomplete.

This was one again utterly unexceptable service from the Westpack.
