It is soon to be my birthday and I contacted West pack Hillcrest as they have party packs that are in a bucket that are often on special. So I phoned the and I asked if they are on special, five for R100. I was told yes. So I asked for 15 to be put aside, which they duly did. But when I got there I discovered their price had gone up. So I called the manager Cameron to the till where I was. He was the most uninterested manager I have ever seen. He was also very sullen and unfriendly. Now I explained to him what had happened and he was totally uninterested in his customers. I normally have incredibly good service but last Sunday when I was there the service was shocking
