Severely burnt by MAQ Powder Soap bought from West pack

Hi i got severely burnt by the MAQ soap that I bought from West Pack in Karaglen which is closer to where I live. I went to them on Saturday and met the Manager on Duty who took photos requested one of his junior staff to take photos of me but did not care to even take my contact details. I then called their head office yesterday and the lady by the name of Nomqebo called and apologised and they asked me if I need a refund from them and I told her that really that was not necessary. I told them about my contacts with Sylvia from their supplier of the MAQ soap and their manager then called me and told me that they will do whatever they can to ensure that they are behind me on this. I am surprised now that I am being told by their supplier that they have nothing to do with me because I reacted from the soap that I bought from them. The reason for me to deal directly with the supplier was because of the reaction that I got from the manager on duty who then called me after I refused the offer of the refund to Nomqebo. I am a customer to West and I feel they should be more caring towards me as I do not buy directly from Blissbrand but from them. I have bought so much staff from them and also recommended my family to buy from West pack but I feel their loyalty lies with the supplier rather than the customers. I have been buying the same Brand of MAQ soap for my family and myself from West pack and now I am being treated like a ***** due to the injury that I sustained from the soap that i bout from them.
