Rude manager!

I was at the Greenstone Mall Westpack Lifestyle store yesterday the 08/11 and wanted to get my kids these Pop it toys that the store had a special on, they are inconveniently placed by the balloon counter after the tills so I go to get three of these for my kids, one of the managers is standing in front of the pop it bins and having a conversation with either another manager or a client, i'm not sure but i'm sure he could see me trying to get these pop its and did not even bother to move out of the way even though I was struggling to get to it he still carried on talking oblivious of me, is that good customer service???? I frequent that store but you have lost my business, the manager was a ball headed skinny guy.
