I paid twice for a purchase after swiping my debit card, getting errors and then swiping my credit card. Somehow not West Pack or ABSA can help me. Some ***** got away with some cash ****tle Christmas bonus), and service is justifiably speculative. So enjoy the little Christmas bonus, I am tired of trying to not be ******. I can at least say that West Pack tried looking for the issue for about 30 min, more than ABSA did. Won't be buying anything from that West Pack again. If you get charged twice, please be aware that it is likely that you won't be getting your money back.
