Refused to honour warrenty !!!

I purchased a Dirt Trapper doormat outdoor 75x45c for R339.90. 08-10-2024. It cracked and started falling apart. I returned it to them in March 2025, within the warranty period. They refused to take the mat back. I am very disappointed in this service. They didn't even give me the option to leave it with them so that they could let their supplier exchange it. 1 star to West Pack Express Lonehill. Tax invoice ***0LH10056.
