R1000 WELLIE SCHOOL BAG PURCHASED AT WESTPAC' s not within 14 days of being used 🤬
I bought WEELIE SCHOOL BAG at WESTPACK EXPRESS at ALBERTON ( NEW MARKET) ONTHE 8th of July during school holidays, my daughter started using it on the 18th of same month until the 4th of August meaning she used it for 14 days.. Then on the 5th of August she told me she is experiencing problems with the WEELIE the Wheels are not moving so I took it to the nearest Westpac at FOCHVILLE they told me to report my problem to Alberton store...I went to the store on 7th of Aug and explained my I issue with the Wellie and Lucky the Supervisor told me about their 14 day policy, I explained that I understand but this item was bought during school holidays and my daughter only started using it when the schools reopened, i was not asking for a refund just that they exchange or fix it.R1000 is a lot of money to just throw away. I was told to leave my details at the store plus the Wellie, 2 weeks passed no one bothered to call and give me feedback I had to call and follow up.Went to the store again only to find the item exactly where I left it and I was told that the supplier refused to fix it.This Wellie Broke within 14 days of use...a whole R1000 spent! The whole of SA knows when the schools close and open it can't be that Iam lying. The staff at Alberton was very rude and do not know how to treat their customers!!!!
