Poor staff treatment.

As a customer it's Absolutely terrible to see staff being treated and working for free in such a huge store and I had a little chat with the staff... They dont pay overtime rate on weekends and they supposed to All the other westpacks pay.. He says it's jus a franchise so he won't pay And if the merchandisers make a mistake in their asile then everyone must work their off day for free We must sign warnings for other peoples mistake..
