Poor Service Westpack Lifestyle Woodmead

Submitted documentation required for my refund on the 4th of April 2023. I was told it would take 14 days to process my refund, 23 Days later I am still waiting. I followed up a week ago and I was told I would receive the money early this week, it’s almost the end of the week still nothing. I really don’t appreciate this poor service I’m getting from Westpack lifestyle Woodmead.
